Georgi’s multi-faceted career has taken him to the finest concert halls around the world - from North America’s Carnegie Hall to Asia’s Suntory Hall; Europe’s Elbphilharmonie to Africa’s Accra National Theatre. Whether performing with orchestras and mixed ensembles, collaborating with composers on new repertoire for solo percussion, or engaging in educational activities, Georgi strives to make any instruments sound exceptional while stimulating one’s appreciation for them.

Georgi Videnov is a recent recipient of the Fulbright Bulgarian Leaders Grant, awarded in recognition of his artistic achievements and professional promise in the field of conducting. The grant supports advanced conducting studies, providing opportunities to work closely with distinguished mentors at Boston University. This experience plays an important role in shaping his artistic development and informs his ongoing work as a conductor, performer, and educator.
A newly released English-language edition of Béla Bartók’s Romanian Folk Dances for flute and marimba. This publication features detailed performance notes, a full score, and individual parts.
